OKAY NO MORE SIGNUPS JEGUS TOO MANY PEOPLE AAH
NOTE: I HAVEN'T SUBMITTED THIS TO THE MODS YET I AM STILL FIGURING OUT HOW IT WILL WORK OKAY? OKAY.
SHODAN is an evil bitch and Jade is enabling her! Thus we have SHODANceParty The Sequel. This one is a lot smaller, and mostly involves the Hamsteak cast.
FIRST: SHODAN will get her HUMAN body back, thanks to Jade (she's been stuck in adorable frankencube form for a while now).
SECOND: SHODAN will finally perfect some of her nanites so she can cyborgify herself. She will NOT be able to fully hack the station like she could before, but it'll be enough that she can -- once again -- commandeer some medical equipment in one of the hospitals, and control it mentally. This'll only let her have maybe two drones and a few rooms to herself (but that's all she'll need.)
THIRD: SHODAN will be convincing Jade to come with her and help her kidnap a few members of the Homestuck cast. People signed up thus far (with significant robot alterations) :
- Jade - Cybernetic eyes, stabilizing gyroscopes, omnitool
- Pink Dave - Extremely painful dampener for his murdervoice
- Orange Dave - Cybernetic eyes, holographic wings
- Jack Noir - ARM THAT SHOOTS KNIVES, nanites in his weapons, eye that lets him see INVISIBLE ARMS
- Eridan Ampora - Mechanical fins, one replacement arm, one replacement eye
- John Egbert - Wings generated by hard light hologram emitters in his back, devices to help more precisely control and channel the Windy Thing (not keeping these), cybernetic eyes
- Kanaya Maryam - Robot arm that shoots needles and can be used to drain blood; holographic wings
- Protoman - Will have the cybernetic skin stripped off his body; will have his speed, strength enhanced; nanite-based adaptive technology
Some details on the more complex implants:
Eyes: Eyes include infrared, ultraviolet, and 200x zoom.
Omnitool: Includes a variety of tools such as hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc. Mostly for hardware, not a software tool.
ARM THAT SHOOTS KNIVES: It's a robot arm that SHOOTS KNIVES. It holds twenty small throwing knives.
Holographic wings: These are generated by a pair of hard light hologram emitters embedded in the back near the spine. They can ONLY generate wings, that's all they're programmed to do. Hypothetically, someone could modify them to generate other things, but they're not really calibrated for that and it's likely they'd break. The only one thing is to keep them simple and efficient. Using their power for too long drains a battery; they need to be recharged by pulling a cable out from the base of the spine and plugging them into a wall. The wings have four hours worth of charge and then thirty minutes of emergency charge that will force the user into an emergency landing (this can be overridden, but it's not recommended). It takes an hour to charge the wings to capacity.
Wind Turbines: john isn't keeping these (they're easily removed, as they are peripherals that will be connected to jacks in his arms, upper back, and base of the neck) - these are small turbines that will let John more precisely control and channel his natural wind powers.
Adaptive Tech This will allow Protoman to incorporate SMALL tech into his body if he touches it. Nanites will grab onto whatever it is and integrate it into his systems. He can only use objects of up to two feet in volume, and his body can only hold eight pieces of non-native tech at a time.
She'll then 1. Implant these people with cyborg parts and 2. connect them to a hivemind. Eridan will be helping her do this, and will probably get hiveminded
CYBORG ABILITIES CAN BE PERMANENT IF YOU WANT, BUT I NEED TO KNOW WHAT YOU WANT SO I CAN PROPOSE IT TO THE MODS. NOPE MODS NIX'D THIS sorry :(
DIFFERENCES FROM LAST TIME:
No zombies, no mutations (she doesn't have the resources for wetware modification right now). Her hivemind will also be very localized to those four people and not nearly as elaborate or powerful. It... will still be traumatizing as fuck. Her plan after that is to go take her little rat-king not of children and murderers and see if she can get to the whole SECTOR TAKEOVER TURN EVERYONE INTO ZOMBIES again
Luckily she won't get that far!
